Overview:
Are you eager to kickstart a career within the automotive industry? We are looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level BDR to join our team in Dayton, OH. This role focuses on high-volume communication with potential sellers, building relationships, and driving growth through consistent outreach. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with a large volume of potential sellers to introduce our services and acquire vehicle inventory.
• Conduct high-touch outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the business development process.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle assessments and scheduling meetings with sellers.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure our inventory meets customer demand.
• Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, prospect interactions, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Goal-oriented and driven by achieving targets.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop new skills.
• No prior automotive experience required – comprehensive training provided!
• Experience in business development, customer service, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
