Responsibilities:
  • Processing of all vehicle sales/contract transactions.
    • Verify all deals from F&I department to ensure compliance is met.
    • Post vehicle sales transaction in the General Ledger.
    • Receipt and Deposit funds from vehicle sales. 
    • Issue vehicle trade payoffs, and vehicle purchases.
    • Post franchise invoicing for vehicle sale/inventory related programs.
    • Process Franchise vehicle loaner transactions.
    • Process Flooring payoff transactions.
    • Reconciliation of all vehicle sale schedules.
  • Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory.
    • Stocking in new/used vehicle purchases
    • Closing internal repair orders for service of inventoried vehicles.
    • Posting of franchise invoicing that pertains to vehicle inventory.
    • Reconciliation of all inventory schedules.
  • Assist in the supervision of the office staff. 
  • Assist with closing of monthly financial statements/reports
  • Assist with payroll/HR activities.
Prior Dealership accounting experience required. Dealer Track DMS experience preferred but not required.
Salary will be based of experience.
