Responsibilities:
- Processing of all vehicle sales/contract transactions.
- Verify all deals from F&I department to ensure compliance is met.
- Post vehicle sales transaction in the General Ledger.
- Receipt and Deposit funds from vehicle sales.
- Issue vehicle trade payoffs, and vehicle purchases.
- Post franchise invoicing for vehicle sale/inventory related programs.
- Process Franchise vehicle loaner transactions.
- Process Flooring payoff transactions.
- Reconciliation of all vehicle sale schedules.
- Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory.
- Stocking in new/used vehicle purchases
- Closing internal repair orders for service of inventoried vehicles.
- Posting of franchise invoicing that pertains to vehicle inventory.
- Reconciliation of all inventory schedules.
- Assist in the supervision of the office staff.
- Assist with closing of monthly financial statements/reports
- Assist with payroll/HR activities.
Salary will be based of experience.
