BMW of Dayton is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused New Car Sales Consultant to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new BMW vehicles
- Build lasting relationships through a professional and consultative sales experience
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers
- Learn BMW products, technology, incentives, and available programs
- Work closely with sales managers and the finance department to complete transactions
- Help customers understand and enjoy their vehicle’s features during delivery
- Meet individual and dealership sales and customer-satisfaction goals
- Represent BMW of Dayton professionally in person, over the phone, and online
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude and competitive mindset
- Self-motivation, organization, and dependable follow-through
- A willingness to learn and be coached
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to work Saturdays and a flexible retail schedule
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Previous automotive sales experience is helpful but not required
