Qualifications
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience in used car sales management
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

  • Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, purchase, recondition, display, and merchandise used vehicle inventory
  • Train sales team on appraisal process and manufacturer product knowledge
  • Walk the lot daily to ensure complete knowledge of vehicle prices and conditions
  • Meet sales goals by determining customer needs and values
  • Secure financing and value used vehicles competitively
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • The Sales Manager will assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Sales Dep, including sales volume, desking deals, advertising, evaluating purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, along with display and merchandising.
  • Must be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, foster a positive workplace, and display effective leadership skills.
